Buying through third parties is always a risk. This site in particular has a pretty shady past. A lot of accounts were banned a few years ago because of "market place theft" By a lot, I mean a lot. thousands. People unknowingly participated in fraud. I
would buy directly through Microsoft from now on.

You would have to contact the seller.There's nothing anyone here or at xbox support can do i'm afraid.

g2a are known for selling used or stolen codes & should be avoided at all costs.

Last month a game developer said that they would rather someone pirated their game than buy it from g2a which says a lot really.

Well, then i am completly [mod removed]. I wasted 100 dollars on that stupid [mod removed] code. Great.

Unfortunately, they have your money. Only the Third Party company can give you a refund. I personally never trust third party sites. Too many people I know have been ripped off. I know sometimes the price can be a little different but is the potential to
be ripped off over saving a few dollar worth it?

While xbox support wont be able to help in this matter sadly G2A customer support will have to intervene as mentioned if the retailer/seller wont refund due to a policy they may have over digital products its always best to buy games from authorised retailers
and sellers.
