Xbox keeps turning off in 30-45 seconds

Kindly reset the internal power supply by following the steps below, Armani:

"1. Unplug the mains lead from the console.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the cord back into the console and press the Xbox button on the front."

Also, make sure that it is plugged directly into a wall socket.

If that didn't work, I would like to clarify if once you press the Xbox button, are you seeing anything on your TV/Monitor such as the start-up screen?

Try to delete the Xbox cookies by keeping the button on the Xbox 5-6 seconds, wait 30 seconds after turning off and turn it back on and check if the problem persists.

Have you cleared the system cache? Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds or until the Xbox One turns off. After the console is off, unplug the power from the back of the console itself and let it sit for 30 seconds. Plug the console back in and
power it back up, it should take about 45 seconds to power on to the Home menu. Launch your game and see if it works.

Xbox One. If this fails, contact support and submit a repair/replacement for your console.

Hey there

Make sure the console is in a open space and nothing on top bloking the vents. Also the console works best when pluged right into a wall socket with no extensions or surge protactors has they are own too cause power issues with the console.

If that fails and you already replaced the power brick then the issue is with the console itsself and it would need too be sent too Microsoft for service. you can set this up online here
