    Xbox keeps turning itself off


    My xbox keeps turning itself off, ive tried everything, hard resets, power cycles, not playing for hours, ive even opened up the power supply and cleaned it with compressed air. Still keeps turning itself off. Infact when it turns itself off its like i unplugged it, it beeps and turns off completely. When i turn it back on i have to go through the green screen again. I have a fan on maximum power next to the xbox and power supply. It also seems that i can play games like roblox longer than others like minecraft or thehunter call of the wild. Im getting a new power supply in 3 days but would anyhody know a way to possibly stop this. Im 99% sure its the power supply in this case.

    The vents on the xbox, are they being obstructed by anything at all?

    Kinect keeps turning off by itself

    My Kinect has been turning off since I bought the xbox one 3 years ago first kinect I had to unplug whole system 2nd kinect I bought I had to unplug kinect from the back. Would turn on and off and stay off till I unplugged it and was sluggish with my voice
    commands. When verizon fios upgraded me from a generation 2 router to a generation 3 router a few weeks ago both kinects work very well and never turn off or miss a voice command. It has something to do with the router.

    Resetting factory defaults did not work. Don't waste your time just return it. The Kinect is broken.
