    Xbox keeps telling me there is a problem when there is none.


    My xbox keeps closes my apps ever 30-60 seconds to tell me I can't connect even though I was midway in an online video. I'm not losing internet. How do I stop this warning so I can use my xbox again?

    I'm sorry to see that your unable to redeem your two Xbox Live Gold Cards(12+1). Please try the following steps I provide below. However, if the steps I provide don't work and you still are not able to redeem the two Xbox Live Gold Cards you will need to
    contact Xbox Support to ensure that their is no Activation errors nor anything preventing your account from redeeming codes on your account. Please contact them at:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Steps:

    1.) Clear System cache. (Xbox One: hold power button for 5-10 sec.)

    2.) Test all of Xbox Live Connection(Xbox One: Settings, Network).

    3.) try to redeem

    Xbox 360:

    Clear cache 3-times(settings, system, storage, hover over hard-drive and click (Y).

    Delete System market place data(Storage, hard-drive, system items

    Test Xbox Live connection and try to redeem.

    i've tried both on xbox 360 and on the pc and i keep getting an error saying something went wrong. i don't know whats going on but my live is ending soon and i have a 12+1m card im trying to redeem

    I think I'm having the same problem. I'll get a message that pops up, which exclaims:

    Try again later, We're having trouble connecting to xbox. To check service status, go to
    Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support (0x87de0017)

    I check all my personal information on my account and even tried a hard restart. Everything checked out on my Microsoft account and the hard restart didn't help. I went to the support page and found information that didn't relate to a service status, or
    at least I didn't think it did.

    If some one has a solution to this issue I am all ears, and please do not say buy a new one.

    I'm guessing it is a Dos attack...a couple of groups claim they are going to ruin Christmas for Live and PSN. Unfortunately, we are just going to have to wait till it is over.

    Have you tried turning it off and on again? Lol, seriously though, I'm having this same issue. I'm gonna try to disconnect wireless and reconnect. I'll update if it fixes the issue.

    Microsoft needs to get their servers in working order. We pay Microsoft to have a top of the line gaming system and access to some of the world's best servers, but yet we get crap. This is not just one occurrence! Frequently I log on to see issues with XBox
    Live core service and other parts of the service.

    Microsoft you need to do better. Increase your security, increase your servers stability, and earn the money we give you!

    This is a VERY huge problem. It's going as far to say that I don't own the digital games and DLC I bought. I goto the store, click on the game I have installed, and it says I need to pay for it again. Microsoft, when this is fixed everything needs
    to be in working order or I'll get my refund. This is not
    acceptable in anyway for the price we pay. Fix it.
