XBOX keeps telling me I cant use my credit card

I have used this card before for XBOX purchases and on many different sites on the internet. Ever since I got my One however, Microsoft seems to not want to take my money anymore. I shouldn't have to "contact my financial institution" just to purchase a
game add on. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't authorize payment

Keeps telling me to change payment options and check billing information I don't use a credit card I'm trying to pay using money I have on my account from pre paid cards

sooo everyone keeps saying that u cant use a prepaid credit card...which is BS...ive been using prepaid credit cards to purchase alot of xbl content,and i just used this card to buy myself some more points and it worked....10 minutes later im tryin to use
it again and im getting this stupid error message,and the website is telling me to use a valid credit card number...like i just used it 15 minutes ago to buy something and it was ok but now its not accepting it?what is this retardedness?

 

I contacted my bank and they said they approved on their end. So it is Microsoft's fault, anyone have a suggestion?

 

I had the same problem when I wanted to process the 360/X1 COD:Ghost license where it went through the whole CC process even for a 0 Euro game and then didn't accept the CC. Since then I only go through the XBOX Live webpage to order my content and that
works just fine with the same CC infos. IMHO the Store App is broken.
