    Need help. My xbox is connected to the internet, but when I try to login in it tells me that it isn't. Does anyone know what is happening?

    Xbox One. I have spoken to BT who claim that nothing has changed and all is working as it should do.

    No profiles can log in but the xbox has connected to the network...

    This could of been an issue with your internet provider! Around the holidays sometimes services get flooded with traffic!

    Where exactly is this happening at? Is your account the only profile that this is happening with?

    When you turn your Xbox on and go to Settings, and then Network, and test it out, does it show that it's connected there?
