    Xbox Keeps taking away my Gold


    My Xbox Live Gold went out earlier this year, and I decided to replace it by buying a 12 month Xbox Live Gold off a website for cheaper than the actual price. It ran out in late September, and I decided that maybe I got scammed, so I decided to just ignore
    it. Well a couple days ago when I felt the need to play a multiplayer game, I entered a seven day free trial. That ran out the next day. Today I bought CoD: Advanced Warfare and entered the 2 day free trial that came with the game. It now says I need to upgrade
    to Gold again. I am not buying anymore Gold or using anymore codes, until this is fixed.

    Gamer tag keeps signing out of Xbox live gold

    my sons Xbox love gold account expires in March but since Friday his has been unable to stay online, it keeps just taking him out! My other sons live gold acc is fine, but was only purchased 2 months ago. Any suggestions?

    Cant buy gold with credit card

    I cant purchase any gold months with my credit card it says error and some numbers, also keeps taking me back to where you purchase gold help!

    Trial Gold will not Show as Gold because its limited Access (for example no games with Gold). you should at least be able to Play the game your Trial code is bundled with. for concerns about your subscriptions in any related Scenario you have to contact
    xbox Support on phone so they can assist you.

    Sorry to hear it. Please log in to commerce.microsoft.com to see what type of memberships have been added to your account in the past.

    If you are having issues with memberships staying on your account then you should definitely contact phone support to find out what is going on.

    Speaking only from a Xbox Live Rewards standpoint, this should not affect anything else with your account. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to process new information, so your account may not correctly show you as Gold right away.
