Xbox keeps signing me out of my account once in awhile don't know why it's strange

I know it's nothing to do with my router/modem, it works fine on everything but my xbox 360. It's sometimes fine, it's sometimes a pain in the backside, signing me out every few minutes. I don't know why, lately it's been ok, only signing me out once a day
or so, and allowing me to resign in straight away.. I don't know though, seems strange.

This could mean somone has your account on a different xbox and signs in.

It tells you when your xbox is signed in somewhere else. My son accidentally signs me in, in the living room every once in awhile.

I need a answer on why my xbox keeps signing me out and keeps saying that my signing status had changed its really bothering me now I've had my account for a while and now is just been doing this for about a month

So this happened to me and I fixed it by clearing cache once and then deleting the account only (keep the items) and then turned off the Xbox. Then I proceeded to reset my password and turning my xbox back on. Then sign in to the account and fill out the
email and password and POOF! I signed on to Xbox live.

xbox music play for awhile than I keep getting kicked out why.
