Xbox keeps signing me out and wont connect to my internet.

Every time I try to log in my Xbox gives me the "bye Matt, try signing in with a controller" Even though I signed in with a controller?!? It also wont connect to the internet now, but all my other devices are connected. This is frustrating and I would
love some help.

Hi Matt,

What angel is talking about is called port forwarding. You can look up information on how to do it on the link he provided also on portforward.com. If you not sure how to do this you can contact your ISP for assistance also. Have you tried Clearing the
alt mac address? Go to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>alt mac address clear and restart.

Could you explain more on this, Im having a hard time understanding what I need to do?

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with getting signed off Xbox Live.

I recommend to try an ethernet connection and the following troubleshooting article: "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live". If
the issue persists, You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to resolve this issue.
