Xbox keeps signing me in as AbsorbedKarma

This is not my gamertag!

i have sent multiple emails to xbox for the past 3 months and i have had nothing back.

Whenever i sign in it automatically connects to this account, it wont let me sign out, just sign straight back into this account.

getting real tired of this now, as i have had my actual account for 3 years.

can anyone shed some light on this?

fyi: i have tried signing into my microsoft account through outlook with no change,

I've tried getting a callback, at least twice a day for the past 2 weeks, correct phone number, yet nothing.

and as i've said, no one from xbox has bothered to reply to me.

Cant sign in

when I try to sign in to Xbox live on backward compatible games it just keeps signing in,it doesn't let me sign in at all,it just keeps signing in,but not signing in.

Signed in on another device

so my Xbox keeps signing me out telling me I'm signing in on another Xbox. Has anyone had any issues like this before?

when you are signed in navigate to Settings, pick account, 2 steps to right and select account security, check on the right side "current Microsoft account" - is this the email you are using to sign in? is there any typo? if yes, then your actual gamertag
is using a different email.

to get this sorted you have to get in contact with xbox Support no matter which way. give them your gamertag, they will ask a few things to verify your the account owner and can then tell you which email is used.

i've tried all this,

nothing is working.

I dont get any error codes. The console goes through the motions of signing in but after about 5 minutes of waiting I always just restart it. When i turn the xbox back on, it signs me in automatically. This is a new issue, it started about 3 weeks ago
but it is every time i turn the xbox on.
