Discus and support Xbox keeps shutting off at random times... in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I'm in the alpha skip ahead and recently when I started playing warthunder again my Xbox would just randomly shut off.     Xbox keeps shutting off at random times...


    I'm in the alpha skip ahead and recently when I started playing warthunder again my Xbox would just randomly shut off. Is anybody else having this problem with war thunder or any other games?

    Edit: I'm thinking it might be a problem caused by a recent skip ahead update. Otherwise I have no clue.

    Hello again,

    Clearing the system cache might solve the issue, however, if your console is setup to shut down after a predesignated amount of time, that would be the source of the problem.

    Is your console set up to shut down after 1 Hour of Inactivity?

    I have not cleared my system cache and it states no controller update at this time. I have never updated my controller.. It started happening after the last update.

    So we are able to pin point the issue and get it resolved quickly, I have some questions that I would like to ask:

    1. About how long ago did this begin happening?
    2. Have you cleared your System Cache recently?
    3. Is your/Are your controller(s) updated?
    4. Is your console in a well-ventilated area free of debris and other heat sources?

    Firstly can you please connect the console directly to a wall outlet as connecting the console to a power brick or surge protector can cause performance issues with the console. After this can you please try following the steps guided by
