Xbox keeps scrolling up

My xbox dashboard keeps scrolling up everytime. It's not the controller I've tried like 2 other times and a keyboard. I've power cycled it and reset it but nothing. I've even soft factory reset it but nothing. I cant even do anything at this point.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the offline update and factory reset, you will need to take your console in for repair or replacement. If your console is still within its warranty period you may be returning it by following the instructions in the article below.

Again it isnt the controller I tried 2 other controllers and I got the accessory thing open and it keeps doing the up on dpad. My controller is not broken and I did do the offline update and nothing.

No their wasn't. I did it for all controllers but it seems to be the xbox

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Strangely enough, this sort of thing usually happens due to a problem with the control, it can usually be a drifting problem. Given the things you've tried to resolve this issue, I suggest you try doing an offline update on your console by following the instructions in the article below, please.
