Xbox keeps saying update available

Discus and support Xbox keeps saying update available in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I update xbox but when it starts again it says update available how do i fix this? also the gamebar has the same thing...     I update xbox but when it starts again it says update available how do i fix this? also the gamebar has the same thing

    No. nothing pops up saying "a update for this game is available. update now!" just that one message keeps popping up.

    I can loginto my x box account on my surface rt but not into this game, keeps telling me there is an important update to install, but then no updates available ??? and if I say no to the update it still wont let me log into my account.
