Xbox keeps randomly acting like I am inserting and removing a headset, causing the sound on...

My girlfriends xbox one will randomly turn on at times. Does not turn off -at least not yet. But that sounds frustrating i'm sorry. I am interested in what might cause this.

Greetings again, Ed the Penguin. It sounds like your primary problem might be caused by interference. I would recommend keeping the headset at least three feet away from large metal objects such as appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, etc.). Even smaller
items like metallic decorations may cause issues such as the one you are describing. Did you have similar trouble using the headset with your Xbox?

I'm randomly getting similar issues with my Titanfall Controller randomly shutting off after the controller update and I can hear sound out of my new Xbox stereo headset with the headset adapter but nobody can hear me until I restart my Xbox

I am having this issue with the same headset

last night it was doing this to me. Vibration was turned off.

My controller was randomly turning off and back on, and I was getting low battery messages even though the batteries are fresh and are being reported in the dash as full. I was getting the static sound through the headset too. (New headset)

It's like the controller is having trouble powering the headset.

I do have a launch controller, and it has no issues with the headset unplugged.

i would think that the suppressor acts like any other mod and is found randomly at vendors. keep searching at various shops and i'm sure you'll find it.
