Xbox keeps messing up

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this post. For starters, I've sent this same exact Xbox series x to Microsoft 2 times because its been doing the same thing. Not wanting to come on after either being unplugged from the wall or from not being played for 2 or 3 months (not being unplugged at all during that time length). I dont know whats going on with it. Frankly, im rather getting tired of messing with it. Im wanting to send it in again and have it looked at but i also dont want them to return it saying that theres nothing wrong with it. Obviously theres something wrong with it since its continuing to do the same exact thing ive sent it in for the first time. ive done all the things that i read on google and even asked for help on there. Both times. Can i just request a new xbox series x?

I advise you to open the another order service for your console like this:

Click on the "Enter" option, it will take you to your registered devices page, select "more details" in your console's box, then it will take you to a page that will inform your console's warranty, below will have the option "Start Order" then, just follow the steps from there.

When you do that, you will be prompted 2 options of issue: Where's the issue is happening (device) and which category that issue fit in.

After you choose both, a blank field will appear for you to put additional information, there you will explain what's happening, and also, you could ask for a replacement there.

Does this issue only occur with a headset? Try playing out of your TV's speakers to see if the issue continues. If the issue only occurs on headset, is there another controller you can try? Try that out first and let us know what the results are.
