Xbox keeps losing signal, please help!

    Xbox keeps losing signal, please help!


    I copied my info below. I just tried clearing my cache that was also mentioned here, did it 3 times as suggested. I have hardly used any memory so it's practically full. I can watch Netflix or plays games for about 15-30 minutes, then TV says "no signal".
    Xbox is on and I can used the remote to blindly turn it off. Tonight it lasted about 45 minutes before losing signal. What is going on? What can I do? There's no use in renewing my Live subscription if it won't stay on. Xbox keeps losing signal, please help! :(

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

    Things you have tried: Turn on to play game, watch Netflix, watch Amazon Prime......it all works fine for about 15min, then screen goes blank and says no signal. Xbox is still on and I can turn it off by the remote, but if I turn back
    on, still no signal. If it stays off for a while it will come back on and did long enough for me to check out the Service Alerts after the test and get the codes and then off showing no signal.

    For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?
