    Xbox keeps looking for TV signal


    I originally set up the xbox to use live tv but didn't like it, so I removed the tv equipment from the xbox settings to stop using the xbox tv service, but every ttime I startup the xbox, it looks for the tv signal and gives me a screen saying that
    the tv signal was lost, and I must hit the home button to get past it.

    How can I completely disable live tv so the system doesn't look for the tv signal every time I boot it up? Thanks!

    how do I make the xbox one stop looking for a tv signal

    I want to use my xbox with a tv and no tv video signal coming in to the xbox

    it works fine - but everytime i start i get the error saying its looking for a tv signal - how do i stop it from looking for a tv signal?

    Anybody got the xbox one live tv to work with videotron illico?

    I trie every troubleshooting mentioned here -> Troubleshoot Video Performance | Xbox One Live TV

    And no matter what i do I'm still stuck on step two -> Set Up Xbox One X, Xbox One S or original Xbox One with Live TV Service | OneGuide

    It keeps going in loop (looking for picture/found signal/looking for picture/found signal..)

    After a good 2 hours of unplugging changing hdmi's restarting, i decided to try plugging my pc into the xbox one and it worked on the first try.

    Any idea what it could be?

    Blank screen after turning Xbox One on

    Tried leaving it on for about half hour and nothing.

    I don't think the TV is getting signal from the Xbox as I keep getting a 'No signal, TV turn off in 1 minute' notification from the TV.

    X-Box Powers On but No Video/Audio Signal

    I have had the same issue on my sharp aquos. The issue seems to be related to xbox one controlling the signal to the tv when you allow one guide to power the tv off and on through hdmi signal. I deselected this and it has fixed the issue. This has to be
    a signal coding issue with the xbox one. My ps4 and we work just fine turning the tv off and on and allowing video and sound. Hopefully xbox looks into this

    if you are using hdmi then the controllers will not connect until the tv gets the hd signal from the xbox. my controllers will keep blinking until the tv finds the signal, so the main issue is the lack of signal to the tv, is your hdmi cable plugged in properly?
    mine comes loose from time to time. id the cable faulty? have you maybe plugged it in to the wrong hdmi channel if you have more than one on your tv? I have 3 hd ports on mine and i have often plugged it into port 1 and then try getting signal from port 3.

    I have mine working and I also used comcast, but my tv keeps pausing or the xbox will loose the signal. Is anyone else having this problem?
