Discus and support Xbox keeps going onto the side menu/ home in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I play any game my Xbox will start going onto the side menu and clicking random . it will also go to the home menu by itself...     Xbox keeps going onto the side menu/ home


    When I play any game my Xbox will start going onto the side menu and clicking random . it will also go to the home menu by itself

    problems with a game

    my son has fortnight on his xbox one but can not get onto the game it just keeps going to the home page. He is not having problems getting onto any other games please help

    Home Button Not Working

    Seriously, this started a few days ago. Could get out of the Blu-ray.

    Now playing a game and can't get back home.

    I press the home button and I hear the side menu pop up, but nothing is showing.

    If I long press the home button it bring up the console power down, narrator, and magnifier menu. So the home button is working.

    Just not for bringing up the side menu.

    What's up XBOX.

    Did the update do this??

    When I click the home button on the controller it’s like the xbox doesn’t detect the home menu being there. Also the screen keeps going black. When is this going to be fixed. Anyone?

    So to everyone I did hard reset I did factory reset kept all my info though because it my home xbox, and now the home screen wont even show. I can press the home button and the little pop up menu will come on on the left side and i can go to settings start
    games but nothing else works. I cant get into my apps and games nothing I can only start the games that are on the menu or go to settings.
