    Xbox keeps freezing


    For almost a week now, my xbox One S keeps freezing. It began while I was playing apex. Eventually the game would freeze. I would then leave the game but was not able to get back on. If I was able to, it would freeze again. Eventually the entire console
    started freezing over anything, even just clicking network settings. Now it won’t even start. Stays in a black screen sometimes, other times it gets stuck in the green loading screen. And in the rare occasion I manage to enter the video game, it keeps freeing.
    I have reset my xbox one s to factory settings over three times now, and it does not seem to make anything better.
