Xbox keeps disconnecting other devices from Wi-Fi!!!

Hi, I have an Xbox One and several other laptops, tablets and mobile devices at home. They're all connected to the same Wi-Fi. I had a router from another provider and the internet connection to the laptops was fine, but mobile devices would disconnect from Wi-Fi from time to time saying "Conneted, no Internet". So the devices would stay connected to the router/network but it was showing as if the network wasn't connected to the Internet. However, laptops worked fine with no issues. I recently bought a router from Zyxel and now a weird thing happens. When the router is on and the Xbox is off, all the devices work fine and are connected to the Internet. However, the moment I turn the Xbox on all the devices get disconnected and have the network status "Conneted, no Internet". The Xbox works fine. To restore Internet in other devices I have to turn off the Xbox and turn off & on the router. I've been browsing the web for solution but can't find any. Can someone help please? Has anyone had a problem like that?

Chris, you're a legend!!! I actually cleared the MAC address, left the console unplugged for several minutes and reset the Xbox (though in retrospect I don't think the middle step was necessary

) - it worked like a charm. I don't know if it is important but at the time of reset all the devices were ON. Guess the router assigned a new IP address from the pool to Xbox and it's not conflicting anymore. Thank you so much!

Okey,if i reset my Xbox,and keep my games & app,i dont need after reset download again my games and app??? 🤔🤔🤔

Okay let's try this: The first step in resetting an Xbox One is to open the main menu. This can be accomplished in one of two ways:

Press the home button on your Xbox One controller. This is the illuminated button with a stylized X that is centrally located on the front of the controller near the top.

Alternately, you can press the left bumper until you reach the home tab, and then press left on the d-pad.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach the gear icon.

Press the A button to select the gear icon.

With all settings highlighted, press the A button again to open the settings menu.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach System.

Press the A button to open the System submenu.

With console info highlighted, press the A button again.

Press down on the d-pad to select reset console.

Press the A button to select this option and move to the final step.

Press left on the d-pad to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Then press the A button. This is the less thorough of the two options, as it only resets the Xbox One firmware and settings without touching your games and apps. Try this first, as it allows you to avoid downloading everything all over again.
