Xbox keeps disconnecting my controller.

Help me. I have an Xbox 1 X that keeps disconnecting my control. No matter what control I use (I have multiple) it will disconnect my control within 20-30 minutes of game time. After the first time it gets disconnected, it becomes more consistent; happening again after about 10 minutes, then again after 5 minutes and so on. It will continue to disconnect my controller until I unplug the Xbox. Then I have about a 30 minute window with no interruptions until it happens again. Also, it doesn’t disconnect like how it does when it dies, instead, it leaves my controller on (Xbox button still on) but ignores all input. From there, I have to either take out the wire I’m using for it (if I’m using one) or take out the batteries and put them back in. This has happened consistently with a ton of other controllers of mine. Even some that are used by my other Xbox that were connected to mine for testing. This has been an issue for months now. This problem occurs whether or not the controller is directly wired to the Xbox with the same consistency.

Console details: It’s an Xbox 1 X, I bought it right around the time of its release brand new. I haven’t felt the need to clean it. It has an Ethernet cable attached, along with an external 1TB storage device. It’s ventilation seems fine as it’s pointing outwards to the open space of my well ventilated room. This problem sparked up well around 2-3 months ago and I have just been trying to find ways to live with it or find temporary solutions.

Please help. It has ruined my MW k/d.
