Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live

My xbox keeps getting disconnected from xbox live, so I keep falling out of games in overwatch, fifa etc. This happens on two different networks, so it doesn't have anything to do with the internet itself. This happens like every 30-60 min. I'm getting pretty
tired of this, and I'm seriously considering switching to PS4 if you can't deliver!

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

I have tried those steps, my ping is a bit over, 150 but that's it

 

Hmm, that's odd. Are you still being disconnected from Xbox Live? Are you wired or wirelessly connected?

Hmm so the random disconnects guide didn't help much huh? That's unfortunate.

When you say you've tried on two different networks, could you provide a bit more information here please? Do you mean you have tried your console at a friend's house on their network? And you still experience random disconnects? Let's start with your home
network. Is your Xbox One connected via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi? Are you able to try whichever you do not normally use? What is the make/model of your network hardware? And who is your ISP?

In the meantime, you can always try
power cycling your Xbox One console. This can help a surprising amount of issues so hopefully that works. If not, the next thing I'd suggest trying is a

factory reset of your console. You can totally keep your games and apps when you do this though so don't panic just yet!
