Xbox keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live when I load up a Game (And can't join Xbox Live ...

Recently I have had a lot of trouble of disconnecting from Xbox Live when I load up a game, whether it is a digital downloaded game or if it is on disc. If I load up a game on Xbox 360 instantly from signing in, I can play the game. But if I wait a good
five minutes then play a game, it disconnects. It also disconnects if I switch to a different game.

This is the same circumstance as joining an Xbox Live Party. I can join it straight away, but if I wait a good five minutes or so, it says there are network issues. I can't join my friend(s) and they cannot join me. Once disconnecting and reconnecting, I
can join them (and they can join me).

My internet connection for all my other devices do not disconnect.

I believe I can. Call Xbox Support and ask for Connectivity. What is most likely going on is that your Open NAT reading is actually false. Your router may be exerting Open NAT, but your modem may also be exerting it's own weak NAT signal, interfering with
the NAT from the router. Connectivity Support can effectively shut down the modem's NAT signal and solve your problems for good. Also, your router may need a slight tweaking to enhance your connection. I had very similar problems recently until I called them.
If you let them, they can manipulate your mouse aqnd keyboard to make it easier. They will most likely put you on a Public IP Address, but this and their other alterations will not make your computers vulnerable whatsoever. I had problems connecting to two
specific friends for months, and my NAT always displayed Open. I finally got the right people at Xbox Support today and they fixed it all pretty quickly. Good luck! I wish more people knew to do this as false Open NATs are very common and incredibly frustrating.
Truly Open NATs will connect to all other players despite their connections being Strict or Moderate. That's when you'll know it's fixed.
