    Xbox keeps disconnecting from the internet


    Had my Xbox One for years now and never had this issue. Starting yesterday my Xbox would just randomly disconnect from online and I would have to restart my console in order for it to come back, then it’ll only be back for about 5-10 mins max and the same
    thing will happen. Sometimes it will come back on its own but go again just as fast.

    I tried restarting my modem, hard restarting my Xbox one, etc and nothing. It keeps getting disconnected after so long.

    I also have a second xbox in the room and its completely fine. Dont have any issues with it disconnecting.

    All my Xbox says is “There May be a problem with the consoles wireless hardware.”

    Hello! If possible try to connect by cable and do the same procedures you are doing when the console disconnects from the internet. If it persists, try cleaning the cache and restart the console.

    This sounds like your network connection to ISP is failing and not necessarily the console.

    Get your ISP to check connection to your house.

    If you're using wireless (wifi) to connect to your network hardware try a wired ethernet connection instead or vice versa.
