    Xbox keeps disconnecting despite good wifi connection


    I have tried everything and it doesn’t work. I have restarted my cache, cleared mac, removed accounts and put them back in, factory reset my Xbox, restarted it multiple times and I still get the same issue. Every time it shows that I have good connection but I lag out once every thirty seconds. It’s is very frustrating and I need help

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. Is there a way for you to try a different network connection? This is to check if the issue is with the console itself. It can be a mobile hotspot.

    Same problem for me. Controllers keep disconnecting. It happens if other people use wifi for game or netflix. Wifi interferes with the controllers connection. Very bad. Next time a PlayStation!

    I know why my internet keeps disconnecting. What im saying is my controller disconnects when i lose connection. It will reconnect but on rare occasions it will not turn back on. Dont worry about the wifi part. All I need to know is if the controllers are
    supposed to drop conneection and then reconnect when the xbox all of a sudden loses internet connection. I dont lose control of the wifi.
