    Xbox keeps crashing when playing some games screen turns to static then returns to home screen


    When playing on Xbox in the middle of certain games the screen will just turn to static and boot me out of the game and then return to the home screen have tried factory resetting it and still having the same issue. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
    playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

    Hey, I have got exactly the same issue. But instead of reverting to home screen, the console turns off

    I have tested a few game pass games and experienced issues with all of them. Some do not start up, some I could play for some time before the console crashed and others crashed when I tried to go back to home screen myself.

    How exactly is it "crashing"?

    Do you get an error message? Or is the screen black when you start the console? Are you able to start a game which then crashes to the Home Screen? Or does the game crash the console so it's restarting?

    Please describe your issue in a bit more details. Only then we can try to help you.

    I have a disc copy and it keeps crashing in the cliffside village and I am at 25% completed. It crashes back to the home screen after the plane crashes and when the pilot gets attacked , you then jump the gap and go down the short stairs, about halfway down
