    So i was trying to play fortnite and when I launched the game it just crash I've tried everything I shut off the console restarted it and nothing is working

    Try this please

    Uninstall the game

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    Install the game again

    If your console only crashes at that point it could be a game crash but the screen that says your console overheated is another issue.

    If your xbox keeps turning off because of overheating you will have to send in your console for repairs unless your console is not getting proper ventilation. I would suggest moving it to a better location to get more air.

    My xbox crashes on games and then I turn it off but then it just keeps Turning off and crashing again

    Ake sure the console isnt in an enclosed space as that could make it overheat. But other than that this is a know issue with microsoft and they are working on a fix :)
