Xbox keeps crashing on the green screen or when I load a game or app.

Hi guys, my Xbox turns keeps crashing on the green start up screen or when I load a game or app. Is this an issue with the power supply? The console is getting plenty of ventilation so i can't see that being an issue. Any possible fixes? Thanks.

skype app keeps crashing

when i try to run skype app on my xbox one it keeps crashing ino full screen and snap mode.

my xbox one is up do date.

Forza horizon 3 4k update crash

since the recent 4k update forza horizon 3 keeps crashing,the game loads up ok but as soon as u leave the festival and start driving the screen freezers makes a loud beep and goes back to xbox home screen,when will it be fixed microsoft ????

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I can't even make it to the friends list...

My Xbox app, Xbox beta, and Smart Glass apps are crashing immediately upon launch, I see the green loading screen for a fraction of a second then crash. Very frustrating.

Yea, I have been having the same problem since a small update that came down this week. Xbox Fitness loads to the green screen with the loading dots but the crashed back to the main screen.

I had my xbox one connected to cable and it crashed had to send it back to Microsoft ! Got the green loading screen
