Xbox keeps asking for permission for me to use Cortana

Discus and support Xbox keeps asking for permission for me to use Cortana in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My Dad gave me permission to use Cortana but every time I sign in on my xbox it just keeps asking for permission over and over again.     Xbox keeps asking for permission for me to use Cortana


    My Dad gave me permission to use Cortana but every time I sign in on my xbox it just keeps asking for permission over and over again.

    Please Help !

    My account still says I need parental permission when I just turned 20

    I was born July 19, 1993 and I still have to get parental permission for stuff. Right now I'm trying to pre-order the XBOX One and it keeps asking for parental permission when I'm an adult either tell me how to take it off or do it for me please. I just
    want to pre-order the XBOX One, fix it please.

    Asking for permission

    If you're not doing it for profit & you give credit to those who created it, you should be fine. At the worst, you'll get a 'takedown' notice for the video - but I seriously doubt it.

    Xbox keeps asking for permission for me to use Cortana

    It says that Cortana is above my content restrictions but when I checked my content restrictions it said that my Access to content was Unrestricted.

    Let's have you
    remove your profile     on your Xbox One, followed by power cycling. Then, re-add your profile to your console.

    Let us know if you're still seeing issues with Cortana after following the steps!

    Annoying Cortana Popup on Bootup.

    I'm not getting any help from Xbox support on Twitter what so ever. Does anybody know how to disable this Cortana pop up? I do not want to use it so why does it keep asking me to turn it on everytime I boot up my console?
