    my xbox one s turned on and then right back off it did it twice but now its just not turning on anymore left it alone for 2 hours tried to plug it in and it makes this small whizzing noise but my game wont still turn on what do i do never had problems before with my game

    Does your console turns on but nothing appears on the screen or it does not really turns on? If it really does not turn on (like from a power supply issue), please refer to:

    Now if your Xbox turns on but does not show anything on the screen, please perform a factory reset on the console following the steps on the section "Reset using a USB flash drive":

    Xbox won't connect to Live.

    The one in the bedroom works fine wirelessly so it's not the router or the modem it's the lounge xbox itself. Do I have to take it back and get it taken away to be fixed? It's just sprung up outta nowhere :(

    Same thing happening to me. Outta nowhere my party chat members said they couldnt hear me at all or sometimes it sounded like if I was whispering. Only happens with stereo headset. If I use the ordinary chat headset it works just fine.
