    Xbox just pushed a system update while I was playing online


    I was playing and then suddenly the screen went dark and update prompts came up. I was pressing A in the game of Rocket League at the same time so I didn't see the other two options, I pressed A on the first one which I assume is update now.

    Why can't it wait until you're on the dashboard to prompt an update?

    4th update in 8days sort it out microsoft

    Have you tried setting your console to update while in "sleep mode" this means if an update is pushed out while your not using it the system will update without you knowing.

    If you're games get laggy while playing online it's not because of any updates as they are not downloaded during playing!

    System Updates will be prompted to download on starting up the console and are mandatory for an online connection. Game updates are prompted to download when you start the game. There are no downloads while playing online games.

    So if you experience lag while playing there have to be other reasons for that, like other devices in your network causing traffic and bandwidth usage or a bad connection itself.

    i tried to play today with my xbox 360 and still need update but now i can see my profile again, but show i am online but when i try to play they disconnect and say i need to update , of course this is a problem with xbox 360 live connection, because the
    xbox 360 device work everything without the online . but just when going online , they go online but disconnected next . and the update not accept no because have a problem with the Xbox 360 device , but have a problem with xbox 360 live system. today the

    I WISH THE SySTEM COME BACK TO NORMAL. AND XBOX 360 LIVE SySTEM FIX THIS AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.
