    Hallo zusammen,

    aus Versehen habe ich im Store zwei 12 Monate Tickets auf einmal gekauft, eine Storno- oder Rückgabeoption wird leider nicht angeboten.
    Wo kann ich sehen wann meine 12-Monate Tickets ablaufen?

    Bei Spiel-Hersteller Ubisoft habe ich keinen Account.

    Theoretisch läuft Unlimited jetzt zwei Jahre lang?

    Hat jemand damit Erfahrung und kann hier bitte dazu etwas verfassen?

    Contact your retailer for a refund or a replacement. If the membership is linked to a third party provider just contact their support.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    Unfortunately, we cannot help with refunds on the forums. The Unlimited subscription for Just Dance on Xbox One does not renew and would cancel automatically after the 2 years purchased. You would need to cancel the subscription through Ubisoft, but
    any refund requests for purchases on the Microsoft Store in your region would need to be requested through Xbox customer support.

    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

    High xbf Amber m ... This is for Xbox one ???? .. I purchased just dance unlimited for the game just dance 2019 which I already own. The problem is not whether the game or the add-on exist since I bought them from the Xbox store for Xbox one, the problem
    is the ad on just dance unlimited never downloaded, or went into my queue on my Xbox to download... What I was looking for what's a way to restart the download since it failed.

    i think this will fix your issue

    On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content. Go to the Settings and then
    select Account. Go to Your Billing Options, and then select Licence Transfer. Follow the on-screen instructions
    to transfer the content licences.
