Xbox just a big brick do to network

I just got off a support call where the end result is I have a $400 brick because the moment my xboxone connects to the internet it starts saturating my upload contentiously so online gaming and even basic functions like loading to play a downloaded game
does not connect to verify its license. Support basically told me there is nothing they can do that this is normal. I have owned this xboxone since release day and this has only started after the April Update! The support techs insist that this is normal
chatter. How can this be normal chatter when its a content upload to core.windows.net HTTPS port! The support staff refused to help on this issue and I am desperate to figure out what it is uploading. I have deleted everything I can think of from game clips
to all together profiles and yet this dam thing still keeps uploading..

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is a brick, a nice looking brick, ( yes I like the big size and finish), just wish it worked

 

Would the Xbox one power supply brick would it fit in my mailbox

Hi guys so I just ordered a Xbox one power supply it going to be here tomorrow I might won't be home tomorrow I live an a apartment you know how small the apartment mailbox is not that big. The Xbox one power supply brick is big so do you think that
it would fit in my mailbox just in case I won't be home

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then, press and hold the power button and pull the plug at the same time. If the power button flashes continue holding it
until it stops.

Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes minimum. During this time you could power cycle your internet as well by unplugging the modem/router for 5 seconds.

 

Well thanks for the suggestion but I have went through all that several times I have even done a factory reset and before I completed the setup it was already uploading 1Mbps steady stream. WTH is it uploading as there is no longer any data left to upload.
I did notice one interesting thing. When I unplugged my kinect it went from a steady stream to 5 second burst. It will upload for 5 seconds then stop for 5 seconds. All the kinect settings are disabled so it should not be in use at all but completely unplugging
it did something.
