    xbox jigsaw


    The new xbox jigsaw app trashed all of my saved puzzles. How do I get these back (39 collections). Also its display is way to large to show on my 19" screen. xbox jigsaw :(

    Please let me go back to the non xbox version and my collections.

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    Can sign into Xbox and solitaire etc but not jigsaw

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.
