Xbox Jigsaw crashes or hangs up my computer

Exact same issue, on or off dosnt matter, crashes everytime.

Gets very annoying when you've just settled the autopilot, computer usb sound plays, and game hangs.

Pretty much given up on using an xbox controller

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

I've given up. I now have a Surface Pro and all my Jigsaws work on it. So why don't they work on this acer computer??? They always crashed ever since I purchased it. Some part of the Installation must be missing from window10 here. This computer was purchased
bran New with windows installed. So I can't figure out what is missing . I work Daily challenges on Mahjong and Sudoku and they work perfectly. Forget it I'm won't use Jigsaw Thanks for trying to help.

I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

Hello, Solitaire is my relaxation game. It worked fine 3 days ago. But now, it loads up to the advertisement. You know, the ad that shows before you're allowed to play the first game. Then it crashes instead of loading ad or going back to game.

I have uninstalled. Restarted my computer, reinstalled - twice! But it is still doing this. 3 Days now following all support advice, including completely wiping it off my computer and then reinstalling after a reboot. Still it crashes!

This is not the first time that certain ads will cause a crash. I am not sure if it is a particular ad or perhaps a lack of an ad to display. But it will hang up and/or crash. However, usually, I can restart the game and continue playing as if an ad had
run. This time, just keeps crashing. It's wrecked my evening relaxation!

Please sync your ads, fix the glitch or something. It's not my computer because nothing else is a problem for me.

i tried restarting my computer, and reinstalling jigsaw, still it shutsdown when tryng to play any of jigsaws game
