A tárgyban nevezett játékkal kapcsolatban már több ízben fordultam Önökhöz mind a xbox.com/refunds formular-on mind az operatori teamen keresztül - de mind hiába.

Igaz, hogy mire eljutottam a megfelelő csoporthoz és lépések megtételéhez már pont kicsúsztam a 14 napos pay back warranty - ból - viszont egy biztos eleve a játék letöltése is elég különös volt mivel akkor még az ultimate csomagom volt érvényben - és a
folyamat kezdetén semmilyen megerősítést nem kért a pénzügyi tranzakció elindításához - úgy engedte letölteni mint egy szokványos játékot - majd nem kis idő múlva a számlámat szemrevételezve észleltem, hogy 60€-ot levontak róla - nem kis időmbe telt mire sikerült
kiderítenem kihez forduljak - ahol azt a javaslatot kaptam használjam a refund formulart - nem kaptam pozitív választ - viszont nem szeretném annyiba hagyni mert ez tényleg nem volt korrekt a cég részérő és ami a játék minőségét illeti elég silány - még ennek
az összegnek a töredékét sem éri meg nemhogy ennyit.

Ezt követően újra felvettem a kapcsolatot a helpdeskkel:

Ők azt javasolták töltsem ki újra a formulart - amit már nem tudtam előhívni pedig több böngészőt is próbáltam.

[Translation - I have contacted you several times about this game, both on xbox.com/refunds formular and via the operator team - but to no avail.

It is true that by the time I got to the right group and steps I had just slipped out of the 14 day pay back warranty, but a surefire download of the game was pretty strange as I had my ultimate package back then - and no confirmation at the start
asked me to start a financial transaction - allowed me to download it as a standard game - and soon after looking at my account I noticed 60 € deducted - it took me a while to find out where to go - where I got the suggestion to use the refund formulaart -
I didn't get a positive answer - but I don't want to leave it because it wasn't really fair to the company and the quality of the game was poor - not even a fraction of that amount.

I then contacted the helpdesk again:

They suggested I fill out the formula again - which I couldn't bring up and tried multiple browsers.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing issues with a recent refund request you submitted. If your request was rejected you can respond to the last email you may have received from support. The email you send in response will go directly
to an agent who is able to further assist you and address the rejection.

This is why I have my messages/text/voice set to friends only just done with all the B.S trash talking. I am 42 years old and just want to play a game for fun with out all the rapping and bad messages being sent to me....

The best thing to do is when you come across those kinds of people is just mute them, that's what I do, playing Ghosts online lately is full of nothing but people that like to talk trash and degrade people because of their k/d ratio, when I come across that,
I thank the makers of Call of Duty for making that mute button.

The only way these people will be dealt with by Xbox is if enough people report them, until then, they will keep doing it.

Funny. 75% of people I have played against (and it's all from COD games) have avoided me. Mainly for being "unsportsmanlike" whatever that means. I never cheat. I'm just good at the game. For the remaining 25% who have preferred me or not I say thanks.
