    Xbox.it does not recognize me as a gold membership


    Hi,

    I've tried to buy a game on the Ultimate Game Sale, but in the page he said to make a gold subscription (i have a gold subscription) and the discount was in the silver rate and not gold.

    What i can do?

    My xbox one doesn't recognize my gold membership

    Thank you I am having the same exact problem! I renewed my Gold for a year, as usual, in March! Frustrating…. Let's hope we find the answer… Even xbox.com does not recognize my gold membership and is offering to sell me Gold Xbox.it does not recognize me as a gold membership :(

    Hi there,

    it does show gold on your gamercard at this moment. I do advise you to clear cache etc to see if that helps. Or try inPrivate (IE, Firefox via ctrl+shift+p) or incognito navigation (Chrome via ctrl+shift+n)

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
