    So I've been dealing with an issue on my xbox and it's frustrating me. Most of my games and apps give me the takes too long to start error. I reset the xbox to factory defaults and it still is doing it. Could it possibly be a hardware issue? It installs things just fine. I'm not sure what to st this point. Error code that pops up is 0x8027025a. I've done all the steps it reccomends. Also tried doing things that others have tried. Maybe a reset from USB would do the trick?

    Edit: After several attempts I got my hulu app to work. Games still wont launch with same error code. This was after a network refresh. At this point I feel I may need to replace the xbox as a repair cost is about the same price as a new one at this point.
