Xbox issues and what is Microsoft planning to do?

Seeing that this month there are some people who want to keep Messing with Xbox Live service is there a plan for Microsoft to counter act this? Or will us xbox live members be offered a discount on our subscriptions for our Frustrations? Thanks.

So, can someone explain this to me? I try to connect to Xbox Live and it says that i'm having a NAT error. Now, I know that Microsoft is having some LIVE issues right now, but is my NAT and service alerts both my problems? Or are the LIVE issues causing
my NAT problems? I'm planning to restart my router to fix the supposed NAT error, but I need to make sure or else it'll be a waste of time. Is everybody else having a NAT error? What does it say when you try to connect to Xbox Live?

Same here, I was planning to buy a couple of games on the black Friday sale on Xbox. Only managed to buy one game, all other attempts said Microsoft was experiencing issues on their side.

 

What kind of discount are you expecting? Even if it goes down for a whole day, you have only lost 16.4 cents.

 

I expect them to send us all a free X1....

Well ok, I don't expect it, but I wouldn't mind.

 

For every hour the service is down they should compensate XBLGold members with an extra full day of service.

 

Silver's like myself excluded of course.

 

For every hour it is down they should credit Gold members an hour.

Give you back what you lost.

 

Exactly ... both nights I've been off and could actually spend some time on Destiny, Microsoft has bowed to the might of the LizardSquad. I'm feeling an extra month of XBOX GOLD may be in order at the very least.

 

Agreed, they should offer up a little something for the trouble but more importantly, I'd like to see MS invest in some sort of additional security measures to counter such as this.( assuming of course the connectivity was in fact a cyber attack and not
some lame excuse cooked up by MS so they could perform server maint or upgrades or crap like that) I mean really, lizard lickers or whatever their group name is, what benefit could they possibly receive. Likely just fake-tards trying to impress a boyfriend
by making sensational claims like "taking down" MS blah blah. I say get off mama or daddy's *** and learn a real trade otherwise, its only a matter of time until these clowns *** off the wrong person(s) and end up in a hole far out in the desert somewhere.

 

I have to agree with all of you. This is freaking insane. We all know Microsoft has the money to come up with a better security system for these issues, they are just too *** lazy or cheap to do anything about it. On the other hand complaining will not get
us anywhere as all it's doing is giving these jerk off hackers the credit they want. If your going to hack something, why not hack something useful. These guys aren't hurting Microsoft, they are pissing off their customers!

That was fake its not true anonymous won't go against lizard squad what Microsoft needs to do is night or day of Christmas shut down servers and reboot it with a fake ip and even then lizard squad can't take down xbl forever

 

I haven't noticed any problems logging in. A refund would be just a few cents. Just step away and enjoy some outside air.
