    error code 0x8027025amy consoles Serial number is [Mod Removed] please fix this for me so i can play my xbox one games

    Hey there,

    Are you still running into this issue? If so, a simple power cycle should do the trick. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down and then boot back up to see if the issue persists.
