  1. Xbox Issue - Need Help


    I was playing on my Xbox like usual. The UI took a very long time to load, and when I went to play a game, it took a long time to load and then the message ‘Game has taken too long to start’ came up. This happens to me very often. So as any other person
    would do I went off the game and tried again. And it worked. An hour into the game and my game freezes, so I tried going back to the menu but it was being really slow again. I unplugged the power cable from my console and waited 10 seconds. I then plugged
    the cable back in and turned the console back on. I noticed that nothing appeared on the screen and after about 10 seconds the power in my Xbox just cut off. I then unplugged the console again and turned it back on but it did the exact same thing. I repeated
    this about 5 times but it still didn’t work. I read up about it online and found out that it could be a power brick issue. I got a different working power brick from my friend and tried turning on my console but it did the exact same thing, and my TV can’t
    even recognize the HDMI cable from the Xbox, like it’s not plugged in (but it is). Are there any suggestions which could help? I really don’t want to have to pay to get my console fixed as I don’t have the money right now.. Here’s a video which shows what’s

    i would contact xbox support directly. they have been quite helpful with my needs and issues.

    the other thing to try is reseting the mac address.. its in settings, network, advanced do the restart and see what happens from their.

    Hi, i did some research and have not heard of anyone having the same problem but what i would suggest is try using your xbox through a wired connection like you had mentioned. The bluetooth and wifi shouldn't be interfering with eachothers signals. If the
    wired connection still disconnects i would try this link :

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your last Credit event happened on the 11th, you should see your deposit in this month's end of month deposit cycle that is coming up soon.

    Is it only "atoms" that have not been received? Or all the subscribed content has not been received?

    And on which platform did you renew this content? If it is an Xbox platform, you may need to log in on the Xbox platform and then receive the corresponding props.

    Sorry you're having issues with your Console. First thing I notice is the power supply issue you're describing. Does it change color when it clicks? Also make sure that you're plugged directly into the wall, and not a power strip. Also, if you are
    in the wall already, try a new socket. When the Dash and Games freezing, I would first try a hard reset. To do this with the console on, hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds (your Xbox will quickly shut off). After you've done that try powering the
    console back on again. Also, try a different game to see if it freezes. If you do not own a game, go to the Xbox Store and download a demo or free game and test it out. If it doesn't freeze, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Madden again from the
    console.
