    Xbox isn’t working


    My xbox wasn’t showing up on my tv (this was not due to an HDMI problem) and I needed to troubleshoot my xbox so I did, I did a factory reset and everything. But it fixed NOTHING. Every time I try to play a game or do anything it just freezes and I have
    to turn off my xbox, but when I turn off my xbox and try to turn it back on once again it isn’t showing up on my tv and I have to trouble shoot over and over and over again. What’s going on?

    I would recommend the Power cycle. To do that press and hold the xbox Logo button on your console for 10 seconds. Than unplug the power cable. Wait for at least 60 seconds. Then plug the Power cable back in and turn on your console. That should fix the
    the issue. If it wont do the trick try to delete and redownload your Profile.
