    Xbox isn't working right


    Ok so, I turn on my Xbox one so I can play with my friends. I'm not in a game, I'm not in a group chat with anyone, I'm at my home screen. My mom calls me over for something and I leave my room for 20 minutes. I come back and it shows that Rainbow Six Siege
    needs to be updated, so I click "Ok" and the screen goes black for a second, loads into my updates and it keeps loading into that again and again. I tried to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, it still has it loading. I get a "Something went wrong!" on
    my screen and it gives me a code to put in on xbox.com/errorhelp. So I type in the link, put in the code and it says "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "Ox800706bf"." So I don't know what to do with my Xbox one. I need help. Xbox isn't working right :(

    Xbox isn't working right

    When the console is on, try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

    This is a hard reset and may solve your problem. Let us know, but if it persists, it could be a hardware problem.

    Does it work if you try to turn on the Xbox from the controller?

    As they said, it may be a Hardware error.

    Try connecting the control with the cable. This to ensure that the control works correctly.

    In case the control works properly, it means that your Xbox may be damaged by the device that receives the signal from the control.
