    Xbox isn't working right


    I turned my xbox on and connected a controller, the controller turned on and i tried to sign in but i couldn't move anything on the screen even tried my other controller nothing worked. Also tried turning it off and on.

    Can anyone help?

    Xbox isn't working right

    When the console is on, try pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

    This is a hard reset and may solve your problem. Let us know, but if it persists, it could be a hardware problem.

    Does it work if you try to turn on the Xbox from the controller?

    As they said, it may be a Hardware error.

    Try connecting the control with the cable. This to ensure that the control works correctly.

    In case the control works properly, it means that your Xbox may be damaged by the device that receives the signal from the control.
