    The OSU isnt a full sysyem update and shouldnt be used has so. The osu file doesnt need too be updated. It should only be used if you have a issue downloading the update from xbox live and get a problem with the update error or a E error code.

    It isnt there too update the console the only way too update is too connect too xbox live and update. If you have a issue doing this then please explain what issue your having and what steps you have tried,

    By PFP do you mean your gamerpic? If so, please try to change it on the Xbox app on your mobile:

    Also, gamerpic changes can take up to 72 hours to be approved and synced with the Xbox servers. And each time you change it you just put yourself on the bottom of the "wait" list again. So I would suggest you to just wait up to 72 hours and see if really no change is made.
