    xbox isnt sending messages


    I am receiving messages but can't send them on my Xbox thought it was my account hopped on edge with my Xbox signed in on the browser and was able to send one but tried again and low and behold can't send message pops up

    Messaging isn’t working on your account.

    It has been for Xbox One, but i tried on Xbox App for iphone and it didnt work there either. For app o receive:

    Can’t send message

    We cant send the message. The recipient might not exist, isnt a friend, or we couldnt reach the service.

    How are you mainly sending these messages Xbox One, Xbox 360, or via the Xbox App

    The reason for you not being able to send messages may because your wifi isnt strong enough at this time i have this problem alot so you could try using an ethernet cable.
