What you need to stop doing is replying to any of these messages being sent to your account. How you’re supposed to react to any unfriendly message is to
report, mute, and block. Do not respond to those individuals at all; completely ignore them. Doing the opposite only instigates more fighting, conduct violations, and puts your account at greater risk for suspension.

Xbox Enforcement doesn’t take any kind of user-submitted evidence, as they seem to only review whatever is logged in the Xbox Live servers (which especially includes your message history). They also don’t use the forums, so this entire thread will likely not
help your case very much.

I did that on my last account. Guess what. Muting, blocking, and not responding got me perma banned because 6 people claimed I was a hacker and got me perma banned. I don't know what else to do when you don't even help you're customers out.

The reason you cant do a case review is your suspension was so short that by the time the enforcement team reevaluated your case the suspension would be over.

Every report that is made is investigated by the enforcement team.

If you violated the code of conduct then you get suspended.

If you didnt violate the code of conduct then you dont get suspended.

Like the previous person said the best thing to do is report, block, then mute them.

Do not respond in any way towards the other persons comments and you wont have any problems

What if I do mute them, blocked them, and silently report them, but I still get banned. What do I do without proof? I can't defend myself cause I got no proof?

Don't retaliate, just report them and block them. You're "proof" has no impact with the Xbox Enforcement Team. They are not looking at "your proof" they are looking at what was reported. At what you said and what the other player said.

Depending on how far back your retaliation goes, the Xbox Enforcement Team could suspend you based on previous actions.

So, going forward don't retaliate.

So what do I do? Stop playing Xbox because I know for a fact no one is gonna help me out, Should I be afaird cause Microsoft won't help me out one bit, and should I be scared of playing with people I don't know? How is my social skills supposed to improve
if I block everyone because I am afraid they will get banned? I thought Xbox is where everyone goes to have fun and be interactive with one and another? Not false reporting each other, using lies to get away with their crimes, and get people banned when they
did nothing. I thought Xbox was supposed to be a safe place to go and have fun. Now I can't have fun. Thank you for ruining my experience on Xbox. On pc you get to be free, do whatever you want, the community is the support you go to if you need help, everyone
is nice unless you want rude people but that's how some critics are, and the support is amazing than what Xbox support can do. They don't have 3 different system, one can't help you, the other won't talk to you about you're banned, and the other one which
is the ambassadors were they don't care about what you say or what you got to prove you're innocent they push you out of the way and say defend yourself and you get ban oh well, enjoy it.
