Xbox isn't doing their jobs at all.

Apparently, my behaviour is my issue when my little sister gets threaten by someone random on xboxlive. Apparently, caring for my little sister live isn't important for pricks like this. I want to know how people like him and the other two pricks
became Xbox ambassadors? I wasn't helped at all. Apparently caring for someone's life isn't such a big deal? What if the guy that sent me a message saying "I hope you're little sister gets ganged raped" Happened for real? Is it important then? Look at what
happened to that one guy. His kid got into a fight with someone and then gets swatted and killed. But every ambassador I met so far keeps telling me to be quiet about it. But I guess when Someone gets hurt or dies it's a problem then. But who cares to take
care of the situation early as possible when you need a dead body to prove things? But I like how Xbox doesn't help at all. Explain: "It's like a cop not helping at all. Someone threatens you and you have proof that they have a weapon on them and what not
and the cops tell you to don't panic just keep going on with you're day. He won't do anything and later that night on the news. A man was killed by killer and cop told him to not worry about it." But I am glad I read the xboxlive rules:

information, or intimidate people through other means while pretending to be an employee of Microsoft or partner companies. Impersonation is in strict violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement and Code of Conduct.

But guess what. I get banned for nothing. I recorded all my messages, I made sure I didn't break any kind of rules, I even gave extra details and information about the players I reported. But guess what I just got banned for communication. Lovely. Even
though I didn't break any kind of rules. And no I don't get to open a case cause they won't allow me to. Keep up the work on not helping your customer. I love it when you " Say you care about our safety" yet I get banned for nothing and the guy that reported
me threatens my sister life and he gets away it. Lovely. You guy's are doing such a fantastic job.

Who care about giving a gamertag on the forums. The outsourced idiots who arent doing their jobs can ban me for all I care. Its obvious their not doing their job at banning all the hackers and modders that have infested most online games.

yeah look at forum 14 if you feel the xbox policy enforcement team isn't doing their jobs. They ban countless people, but like all things no system is perfect and it takes time for people to be brought to justice. I don't see you shouting at the police
because there are still bad people in the world, just know they are working diligently to ensure no one is banned for no reason.

 

I got every single message I recieved. I had people impersonating employees of games and microsoft employees. They got away freely.

 

those two people right there were toxic people and I got match proof. vMiracle x 8m3 was playing as a assassin on smite, left me to die multiply times, than makes me lose and lane, than told everyone I was feeding when he was supposed to be helping me, than
starts acting like a prick and saying it was all my fault and the second guy had a friend that wasn't surrendering when it was 12 to 54. the enemy was gonna win regradless but he and he's friend wasn't surrendering and than for funs the enemy team keted us
in the game longer to keep killing us over and over. I was the only one doing my hardest and bestest in both of this matches. I got even more proof of me not breaking any kind rules.

 

Also, the enforcement team won't let me give them my side of the story cause they know for a fact I am innocent and no one will help me. I am the only one here with proof that none of you are helping and you are literally making my xboxlive experience worst.
You all keep telling me if I get banned I get banned, do not reliatle, get proof to defend myself with but that is reliatling if I do, If they false report me but I have proof to defend myself with it's no necessary to have it cause believing lies is better
than looking at proof. You are all scum bags for not helping me when I got proof. I used to be a toxic player back in 2016 before I got permabanned due to false reports. I came back to Xbox with proof and a changed attuide and all you can do is nothing. False
ban me, won't look at the proof, and you all don't care about anyone lives unless it has money involved. This is bull when I am the victim and no one is helping me out one bit.

 

9 out of 10 matches on smite I get either a toxic person throwing the game, forcing people to keep playing a losing match or even harassing, Hi-rez does its job, why can't Y'all? They care about their community unlike Y'all. and also that 1 match I get is
with everyone that is super friendly, nice, and just trying to support each other. I have kept all my messages from 2016 December 19th all the way to here. I have met people they used foul language, harassing, being toxic, and now I been finding people impersonating
emp[loyess and threating peoples lives. And all you can say is don't retaliate. Well isn't reporting someone retaliating them. Cause you don't like their behaviour? This a bunch of bs. You make rule and you don't even follow them. I haven't even crused at
someone in 2 years, haven't harassed anyone in 2 years unless sending them a message saying please stop or report is harassing than I didn't know I have to be a as to them to be nice. Can someone please help me out, or all of you are scum bags?

 

Now I think my friend lied to get me banned cause he sent me a message saying don't get banned after I got banned. So now I think he false report me to get me banned and Now I just want answers. If he did get me banned than I want to de-friend himself and
block his as from Facebook and everything.

 

So what do I do? Stop playing Xbox because I know for a fact no one is gonna help me out, Should I be afaird cause Microsoft won't help me out one bit, and should I be scared of playing with people I don't know? How is my social skills supposed to improve
if I block everyone because I am afraid they will get banned? I thought Xbox is where everyone goes to have fun and be interactive with one and another? Not false reporting each other, using lies to get away with their crimes, and get people banned when they
did nothing. I thought Xbox was supposed to be a safe place to go and have fun. Now I can't have fun. Thank you for ruining my experience on Xbox. On pc you get to be free, do whatever you want, the community is the support you go to if you need help, everyone
is nice unless you want rude people but that's how some critics are, and the support is amazing than what Xbox support can do. They don't have 3 different system, one can't help you, the other won't talk to you about you're banned, and the other one which
is the ambassadors were they don't care about what you say or what you got to prove you're innocent they push you out of the way and say defend yourself and you get ban oh well, enjoy it.

 

And lastly, Y'all keep doing you're question has been answered when it hasn't and I get no help at all and then y'all lock my discussion were nothing was resolved or answered. Like please do your jobs. When someone has proof of something they didn't do or
have over something, it makes your jobs easier. Why can't the enforcement team have an email to send picture proof, or match records, or even a recording of what happened? All they have to do is look at it and be done with it. I know for a fact only 1 person
has a reason to report me because I called her a w word because she harassed me and abused the system. I even reported myself for calling her a W word. So how is it my behaviour getting me into trouble when I can report myself for doing wrong but the toxic
part of the xbxo life community won't admit their own faults. Please explain to me why my behaviour the truthful behaviour is bad but being toxic isn't. Please.

 

You know what. Forget. I already know the answer. I don't care. I just want to be miserable and depressed now. I already know what the answer and outcome of this will be. No one will care, No one will look at my point of view, and
no matter how much proof I have. I not gonna get the support I need. I just gonna go back to being nothing again, being sad every single day, and just being miserable because that's all Microsoft wants me to be.Y'all won. I guess with proof on my side. I will

What you need to stop doing is replying to any of these messages being sent to your account. How you’re supposed to react to any unfriendly message is to
report, mute, and block. Do not respond to those individuals at all; completely ignore them. Doing the opposite only instigates more fighting, conduct violations, and puts your account at greater risk for suspension.

Xbox Enforcement doesn’t take any kind of user-submitted evidence, as they seem to only review whatever is logged in the Xbox Live servers (which especially includes your message history). They also don’t use the forums, so this entire thread will likely not
help your case very much.

If you haven’t already, log on to the
Enforcement website and submit a case review (if you’re eligible). That will be the only way to talk to the Enforcement team about your issue. Nothing else can be done outside of that website.

 

Did you not see my pciture? They won't let me do a case reivew. I not doing this anymore. I don't wanna play xbox anymore. My life is miserable when I ask for help from microsoft and I get nothing. I don;t care at this point.
