Xbox is very slow and games are barely working

As read above my xbox is being very very slow and little to no games are working, I either can't load them up or I get in and they either freeze or dash board me im not sure what to do.

I've hard reset and soft reset already and still nothing.

Don't know about the xbox insider preview program, and damn i thought a hard restart was a factory nonetheless I did that as well and am currently see if it's worked

When you say hard reset/soft reset what exactly are ypu meaning?

If you haven't already tried it, do a factory reset. Open the guide, go to settings, system, console info, reset console, select reset keeping all games and apps.

Also, are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview program? As it could be an issue with one of the beta builds.
