Xbox is turning off after starting a game.

Xbox is really pissing me off now! 7 years with Xbox and I had nothing but problems. My Xbox One is turning off after starting a game (any game) after the game loads up lets say like about 5 or more Xbox turns off. When I'm on sitting in the home
or watching YouTube, Netflix or anything else like that the Xbox stays on for hours and never turns off. I sent my Xbox one for repair not to long ago, it cost me a lot and "supposedly" it got a swapped with a new one and now I'm having a problem that happened
years ago. I already unplugged my Xbox, power supply and I cleared my mac address, cleared my persistent storage, I reset my Xbox one to factory default but kept my games & apps and still nothing. I still turns off when I start playing a game. So somebody
please help me before I through my Xbox out the window.

games keep crashing

all my games keep crashing right after opening them. I've tried turning off my console and quieting out of the game immediately after opening it then starting it again and neither of these options have worked.

 

XBOX ONE S turns off when starting a game.

About two months ago my XBOX started occaisonally turning off when I was starting a game: first, the screen of my TV turns black and pressing any button on my controller will not caus any reaction. After about 30 to 60 seconds
the console turns off, but the controller stays turned ON. The console will then not turn on by using the controller and after turning the cosole on with the button at the xbox itself, I will have to connect to the controller again manually. this problem only
occurs when starting games, not apps. Also it occurs more often: about two months ago when it first happened it was like 2 times in a week. Recently it happened every 2nd day an this morning it happened three times in a row. I'm getting worried because I fear
turning the console on and off again and again could cause damage to it.

 

I even just came across another topic with the same problem as me and he has and Xbox One S! this is such a disappointment. Y'all want me to send my Xbox for repairs "again" and pay "again" when I'm not the only one with this problem. LOL I think y'all got
some problems.

It is a common error in the new system currently there isn't a fix you may need to be patient for a new update to be released.

As well swearing and inappropriate language isn't welcomed on the xbox forums please avoid doing such in the future.

To start things off, do you have your Xbox One plugged directly into a wall outlet, or do you have a power strip in between? If you're using a power strip, please try plugging directly into a wall outlet to see if there's any change.

 

Already did that and nothing. Its direct to the wall
